Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit and Online Drug Store

As a Clear Health Alliance member, you get an extra over-the-counter (OTC) benefit of $25 each month, per household, to use for medicines and health-related items from our OTC catalog. You can even ship the items to your home for free!

Remember! Unused benefits do not roll over to the next month.

How to place your order

Online

Visit the OTC Health Solutions website. Make sure you have your CHA member ID and ZIP code ready to log in.

Continue to OTC Health Solutions

By phone

Call 1-866-298-0578, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Make sure to keep the catalog handy when you call! You’ll need it each time you place a new order.

Pick up in person

You can also go to a CVS/Navarro pharmacy in the OTC Health Solutions program to get your OTC items. The pharmacy will have a copy of the catalog that shows the covered OTC items you can choose from. Bring the items you want to the pharmacy counter and show your CHA member ID card.
